Hi all!
It’s April: the sap is running, the ground is thawing and muddy, and the birds are back. We’re enjoying this good, old fashioned, North Country spring here at the Co-Op, and we’re excited to share what we’ve got going on!
Operations
Bulk kombucha has been experiencing a drought due to the cessation of production by our distributor. The sad news is Aqua Vitea is no longer producing bulk kombucha! They will only be producing 12oz cans going forward. But in happy news, YesFolk kombucha will be available in bulk starting this month! You may have already found some of their canned options at the Co-Op, but more of their herbal infusion and tea-based flavors will be making an appearance, both canned and in bulk.
Don’t forget, Sample Saturday goes from 10-1 every week! Check out our socials for updates on what’s being offered.
Sales Highlights
Bonne Maman preserves are on sale for $6.99 this month! A good time to stock up.
Siete grain-free taco shells are on sale for $5.99–if you haven’t tried them yet, this is your sign.
Coffee of the Month for April is Bali Blend from Raquette Rivers. A medium roast with notes of vanilla, cedar, and dark chocolate, this coffee is a new addition from a long-time favorite producer.
Cheese of the month is ricotta from Maplebrook Farm in North Bennington, VT. Go wild. Make a cannoli cake for Easter.
